Audio:
Entry level and experienced positions are available for one or two Sunday worship services per month, running the sound board mix and the monitor board as well as cueing up the headset mics for any of the speakers on the platform. Beginning opportunities, as well as supporting classrooms with their media needs for the morning and throughout the week, also exist. Your enthusiasm and our training equate to success. Video:
Sunday mornings and large event at Grace provide opportunities to work in areas such as: camera operations, shading and video directing, and computer graphics ministry. Volunteers serve one or two Sundays per month. We welcome volunteers who are interested in creating backgrounds for the lyrics that go on the large screens, and operating the computer that generates the lyrics for the screens and confidence monitors. Lighting:
Our lighting team is responsible for stage and special lighting effects during worship services and production events, and for maintaining the lighting equipment. A Lighting Director (LD) is used for every service and special production or event. Occasionally, an assistant LD is used and for special events follow spot operators are used. Production:
During Sunday worship services this team calls the cues to help coordinate the audio, video, and lighting crews. Special productions may require several cue directors, backstage production assistants, and stagehands. Volunteers serve one or two Sundays per month, and as needed for special productions.
