Ministry Staff Leadership – Create an environment conducive to the fulfillment of the church’s mission by providing leadership coaching to the ministry staff and the Grace family resulting in innovation and impact across the street and around the world for the glory of Christ.

Wife, Julie; Three daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandsons

Hobbies:
Easily distracted by motorcycles, music, friends… shiny objects

My Faith:
As a child I never understood the “eternal” aspects of salvation. So, every time I had the chance, I “prayed the prayer”. At 16, I finally understood Ephesians 1:13-14 and I accepted Christ one last time… ya know, just to be sure! Life has not been easy or problem free since then. In fact there have been many difficult and dark days, but the Lord has continued to show himself as sovereign, wise and loving. His Word is fresh and alive, challenging me every day to become more like Christ in my family, my relationships and in the community He has called me to serve. For His glory!
