My Faith:
Jesus Christ is my personal Lord and Savior. In 1975 while dealing with a family health issue, I came to realize that I needed someone stronger than myself to handle the “stuff” of life. So with the leading of a friend’s father, who was a Pastor, I became aware of my sin, confessing it and accepting Jesus’ gift of eternal life. Wanting to grow and do the right thing, I always questioned what God’s will was for my life. I wanted it spelled out – on the bathroom mirror if possible. One day I found it was spelled out very plainly, in the Bible. “Be joyful always,” (1 Thessalonians 5:16). To this day, that verse is the last thing I see before leaving my home.
