Facility Use & Availability
Grace Church facilities are used for a variety of events and outreaches. In order for the staff to prepare and conduct these events, wedding rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions are held at specific times each weekend.
Wedding ceremonies can be scheduled for three times each weekend, with each wedding allotted five hours of facility use (not including reception time):
- 7:00 p.m. Friday (facility use from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
- 11:00 a.m. Saturday (facility use from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
- 4:00 p.m. Saturday (facility use from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
The dressing rooms, worship center, and other church facilities will be available three hours before the ceremony, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Weddings cannot be held on Sundays or on a date of a church-wide event. No on-site weddings or receptions can be held on national holidays, because the church building is closed.
Rehearsals are typically held the night before the wedding. However, if three weddings are scheduled, one of the Saturday weddings will have the rehearsal on Thursday. Due to this possibility, rehearsal dates and times cannot be confirmed until 90 days before the wedding. Priority is given to the first couple to complete their pre-marriage interview.
Grace Church facilities cannot be used for childcare. Any childcare needs should be arranged off-site.
