| Grace Church Family Ministries |
Whether it is preparing for marriage, raising kids, or a host of other issues that confront families today, Grace Church is a place that is here to meet your needs. Assisting families in nurturing and developing their children is one of the highest priorities of our Family Ministries Division.
There is no question that growing up today is more difficult than in earlier generations because of the tremendous pressures young people face in our society. Families need a strong church ministry where their children can meet, become friends, and be loved and supported by an effective student ministries program.
We at Grace Church are committed to the ministry of helping families in the vital process of their children growing in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. We understand that raising teenagers can be an especially difficult proposition, so we are here to help. Our ministry with students is a mutual one involving trained staff, the students themselves, and their parents.
There are three assumptions we make in Family Ministries:
Number one, our mission is to develop fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We strive to do that in all aspects of the Family Ministries Division. Whether it is our approach to student ministries or the myriad of social and recreational activities, we want families to grow in their relationship to Christ.
Number two, people take priority over programs. Our family ministry begins with getting to know you as individual families and from that starting point, we seek to help you develop in your relationship with God, with your spouse, and with your children.
Number three, families are a priority. We are committed to helping you and your family in specific ways. We have a large, multiple staff who want to be of assistance to you in any way possible. Please don't hesitate to call upon us, because we are here to meet your needs.
As someone has said, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." We care about you. Together, let's make a difference in the lives of families.
