Adult Bible Fellowships - General Information

What is an ABF?

Adult Bible Fellowships are classes that meet at Grace to study God’s Word and to encourage each other to grow closer to God and others. ABFs provide people with an opportunity to be involved, known, and loved within Grace Church. They provide opportunities on Sunday mornings for Bible study, building relationships, and care.

Who can attend an ABF?

ABFs may be attended by anyone who is college-age or older. Those new to Grace are encouraged to attend the four-week Moving from “Me” to “We”- Building Authentic Relationships, which is offered on Sundays several times in the year (next class starting September 24).

Why attend an ABF?

Because Grace is a large church; it can be hard to know where to start connecting with others. Getting involved in an ABF will provide you the opportunity to get to know other people and to let other people get to know you. ABF’s will help you to grow in truth and wisdom, in spiritual depth, and in friendship and community with others at Grace Church.

How do I choose an ABF?

There are many ABF opportunities for you to consider. Some might fit your age or stage of life, others have a topic of study in which you might be interested. The adult education classes are typically 4-12 weeks long, after which you can choose to attend another group or class.

How can I get more information about ABFs?

Information about classes will be available in the Growing with Grace ministry catalog, on the Grace Church website, at each Ministry Information Center, and will be included in the Worship Folder as new classes are offered.

When are ABFs offered?

ABFs currently will be offered on Sunday mornings. Classes run concurrent with each hour of worship. There is also Sunday school available for children each hour.
