AWANA (for ages 3 years to 6th grade)

Two convenient times to choose from:
Wednesday afternoons, 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday evenings, 6:45 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
Registration night: Wednesday, September 14, 2011
First Night of Club: Wednesday, September 21, 2011

AWANA is a club program that stands for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed,” taken from 2 Timothy 2:15. The WAVE, which stands for “Witnessing, Adoration, Victorious Living, and Encouragement,” is a high-energy program for fifth and sixth graders. Here your children can make new friends, play exciting games, receive awards, and have opportunities to learn and memorize God’s Word.

Clubs are broken down by age/gender:

Cubbies: For 3-year-olds to pre-kindergarten.

Sparks: For Kindergarten – 2nd grade.

T & T: (Truth in Training): For 3rd – 4th grade (evening offering only)

AWANA: For 5th and 6th grade (evening offering only)

WAVE: For 5th and 6th grade (evening offering only)

Sunday School
Offered during the 9:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. services

For Early Childhood (3 years to Kindergarten)
2’s & 3’s classrooms are located on the Main level in the Children’s building
4’s, 5’s and Kindergartners classrooms are located on the Garden level in the Children’s building

For 1st – 4th grades
All classrooms located on the Terrace level in the Children’s building

For 5th & 6th grades: The WAVE
11:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings
Meets in the Wave room (Terrace level in Children's building)
Kids: Please bring your Bibles and friends.
Also, the Wave will be serving monthly (on designated Saturdays) throughout the year. Some possible options: doing manicures at a local nursing home; packing food at "Feed My Starving Children"; shoveling or yard work for church members who need help.

Home Grown Kids

Kindergarten – 8th grade
Creation Science, Phy-Ed, and Art classes.  Feesvary per class. Classes are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, October – May (15 class days.) For information or to register for a class please contact Stacy Yeomans at homegrownkids@chaska.net.
